This book consists of the art project of Istanbul Bilgi University Gastronomy Department students. The project called 'From Table to Plate', which is about students preparing a meal by interpreting a work of art, met the audience with an exhibition. We designed this project, which turned into a book, with an interesting cover design and a page layout where the artwork, the resulting meal and the story of the student's plate preparation can be seen as a whole.
